Woodbridge Taekwon-Do was founded is 1982 by Grandmaster KJN J. Cariati with just handful of students. Woodbridge Taekwon-Do was the first Martial Arts School in the City of Vaughan and today we are the largest group. I want to thank all the parents, students and Instructors that have been supporting me for the last 36 years.

We teach kids from 3 years old and up. We also teach teens and adults. Come and try and you will not be disappointing because Woodbridge Taekwon-Do is the place you want to go.

What ever the reason a new student begins classes in Taekwon-Do, they will quickly become aware of the many benefits of training. Students feel healthy and physically fit.
our classes are typically 1 hour in length, working on the different areas of this marital art. along with conditioning and fitness students are taught the following:
Kicking, blocking, striking, punching, pattern (serious of moment memorized in a specific order) self defense.
Benefit of Taekwon-Do for children: Taekwon-Do is a total learning activity. Lessons are tailored to each child's age and skill.
