Welcome to TKO Fighting Arts; the premier Muay Thai and Thai Boxing gym in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario since 1995.

At TKO, there is just good old fashioned hard training. Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve cardiovascular endurance, or boost confidence and self esteem, TKO will help you meet your goals. With perseverance and dedication along with a positive mentality, the sky’s the limit. TKO trainers are well aware of this, and they make it a priority to put the interest of the students first.

The other major aspect of TKO is our fight team, which is for those interested in testing their abilities in the ring against other competitors. We arrange for our fighters to participate in CASK sanctioned events and do our best to prepare them physically and mentally for the challenge of fighting a live opponent.

The training at TKO is as hard or as easy as you make it. You will not be forced into doing anything against your own will. With that said however, we do encourage individuals to go beyond what they think they are capable of accomplishing, to what they can actually achieve physically, mentally, and spiritually. We strongly believe that what people will do, is not an accurate measure of what people can do. The trainers at TKO are well aware of this and strive to get students to recognize their true potential through the art of Muay Thai. It is paramount to us that students leave each class with a sense of accomplishment, completion, and personal growth.

It is important to note that the transition from a sedentary lifestyle to that of an active one can be a challenge. It's easy to get sidetracked on the road to your goals, but we are here to help. We are here to motivate, educate, and inspire anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort. Whether you want to lose weight, get into shape, or compete, our classes are designed for you to push past your limits.
