It is well known that Tai Chi is an excellent exercise for improving the quality of life for seniors, the real secret is, Tai Chi is really for people of all ages. It’s a family affair!

Tai Chi is an acceptable challenge for any child no matter their physical or mental abilities. Consider the following:

Improves focus, confidence, independence, and motivation
Increases brain structure and function through activity
Gain quicker decision-making skills
Reduces the fear factor

In our Family Classes:

Parents and children explore together and interact directly
There is opportunity to observe, model, and encourage children
Enjoy an activity where they can work toward the same goals
Build stronger bonds between parent/child and siblings
Introduces your children to a new and different way of learning

Getting involved in their activities does not mean you have to become their coach. In Tai Chi everyone, parent or child can assist the instructor with teaching the other students.

Tai Chi gives families a safe place to work hand-in-hand, learning to overcome challenges and to develop persistence - leading to success.

As an added bonus, parents will be improving their own quality of life through the challenges of learning Tai Chi.
