Karen Toth has 25 years of experience of working mind/body/soul connections to bring more awareness of how you move, think, feel to support optimum health and well-being.

We are here for those that want to increase brain and body awareness to live life to the fullest. Bringing awareness to increase learning, sensing and feeling the best you can be.

People we work with are:

Infants
Birth can be very traumatic, give the gift of a 15 minute lesson to your new born to keep them thriving and release the strain for child birth for a better start to a new life!!
I have a mom that believes her son has become supper intelligent from a small lesson!

Children
In a playful, learning environment, this method provides children with experiences that give them an opportunity to upgrade their movement, to increase their learning abilities, bringing more balance to their lives.

Children with special Needs
Children that have had a Stroke during child birth, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, ADD/ADHD, and many other neurological concerns.
Working with you the parent and your childs loving team and your child. Bringing more possibilities to the child and taking them to the next step of their development.
