Harmony Warrior Kids Yoga is a youth yoga organization for toddlers, kids, and teens. We specialize in kids yoga classes, kids karma yoga classes, hosting amazing kids yoga birthday parties, creating fun and unique kids yoga camps, and leading yoga workshops for students and teachers.

Just like adults, children live in a fast-pace world with many stressors and expectation. The practice of yoga helps to bring minds and bodies back into a place of harmony and balance.

Our mission is to teach kids how to live and breathe as warriors of harmony for themselves and for the world they live in: to recognize and allow their unique beauty to shine through into each day.

Harmony Warrior Kids Yoga welcomes the opportunity to strengthen communities through yoga. Growing in harmony, one yoga pose at a time.
