Established 7 May 2012, we are the first CrossFit Affiliate in Westman. Here you’ll find Olympic barbells, gymnastic rings, squat racks, kettlebells and a few surprises. At CrossFit Brandon, becoming fit isn’t fancy. Using basic to advanced barbell techniques, plyometric movements and running (to name a few modalities), you’ll be able to transform yourself into a healthier person. Whether your goals are pertinent to strength, body composition or General Physical Preparedness, you can meet and exceed your own fitness expectations while enjoying a small community atmosphere.
