We offer Martial Arts Classes in Traditional Goju Ryu Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Traditional Judo, Freestyle Wrestling and strength and Conditioning Programs. Classes run 7 days a week. Classes are recreational and competitive. Currently, we are the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Ontario Champions 2016 1st place in No GI and 4th place in GI only academy in Whitby and Durham Region to achieve this status. Call us to try a free week.
