Wellness Martial Arts was established in 1999. Our school brings together high intensity work outs with the techniques and self defense of martial arts. Around 2000, the KOMBAT ARTS first started with a bunch of guys training in a parking lot, in the shade of an 18 wheeler truck. I remember all of the large containers of water we would “store” underneath the truck and in the shade, to keep it cool. Woodbridge Taekwon-Do was founded is 1982 by Grandmaster KJN J. Cariati with just handful of students.
