TK Olympic offers a wide variety of self-defence, poomsae and sparring for all ages. As a school, our center aims to provide programs to enhance good health and physical fitness to its students. Taekwondo practice and training improves concentration, self-confidence, discipline, and patience amongst children and adults. The Dufferin Club is a non-profit community owned facility, operated by an elected committee of volunteers with a clubhouse, six illuminated tennis courts and two lawn bowling greens.
